| Bio: | This is a journal I started on September 24, 2007 for monitoring progress on my weight loss quest. As of the creation of this journal, I am 5'10'' and weight 249 pounds. I would really love to lose about 100 pounds. I know it's going to take a long time and a lot of hard work, but that's why I created this journal, so I can keep track of it and make sure I don't slip up. Every Saturday I'll post a progress report as well, which contains my current weight, weight from the previous Saturday, and total gain/loss. | |||||||
